So there's this little kid somewhere in my neighbourhood that thinks its fun to scream out loud at the top of her voice

she / It has done that 5 times now.

and then there this tired person called victor who's sitting in his room reading a very heavy going literature text which is absolutely necessary for his assignment due next week + having a slight headache and that screaming isnt helping.

Now then what shld that tired person do? Maybe i shld just smile adn think kids...u gotta love them and ignore her....NOT. I'm no saint so... #!*@!()*)_! STOP UR BLOODY SCREAMING KID!!!
